Setting Up Commissions in Sisu

Here's a video that explains in detail how the Sisu Commission Form works and how you can use it to eliminate another spreadsheet around your office.

Generating and Printing a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA)

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

  2. Click on a transaction to open it.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Commission Form.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Commission Form and select an individual from the CDA Approved By drop-down menu.

  5. Edit the Commission Instructions.

  6. When finished, click Print CDA and Save to Documents Folder. This opens a PDF of your CDA that you can print. This also makes the CDA appear in the transaction's list of documents.

Sending a CDA from within a Transaction

  1. In the Transaction Menu, click Documents.

  2. Scroll down to the list of documents associated to the transaction.

  3. In-line with the CDA, click Send. This opens the Send Document screen.

  4. In the Send To drop-down, select any users you want to send the CDA to.

  5. In the Send To (other) field, enter the email addresses of anyone else you'd like to send the CDA to.

  6. Enter a subject and a message in the fields provided.

  7. Click Send to send an email with the CDA attached.

Allowing Agents and ISAs to View the Commission Form

Only TCs, Admins, and Group Coaches can edit commission forms. However, if you'd like your agents and ISAs to be able to view them, do the following:

  1. Go to Admin > Team Settings.

  2. In the menu on the left, click View Restrictions.

  3. Make sure that the setting Agent/ISA View Of Income Report, Commission Reports and Commission Form is set to Displaying.
