As a team leader or broker/owner, you're responsible for setting the standard for your team. We call these baseline goals. They give each agent a point of reference for their performance, and allow you to easily gauge the overall performance of your team. 📈
Establishing Your Team's Baseline Goals
Ideally, every team would have goals based on historic performance—but this is difficult if you haven't been tracking your numbers for long.
We created a calculator that will help you quickly set some basic team goals. Start with how many houses you want to sell and the gross volume of those transactions, and work your way down from there.
The calculator uses some standards that we've identified in the industry. As time goes by, you'll be able to dial in exactly what goals your team needs.
Entering Team Goals Into Sisu
Once you've established your baseline goals, entering them into Sisu is simple.
- Login to your desktop platform (go to sisu.co and find "Sisu Login" at the top right)
- Hover over "Admin" on the top menu
- Select "Team Settings" from the drop-down
- Enter values
- Click "Submit"
