How will agents record Activities in Sisu?
Agents will record Activity information by doing the following:
Click the Record tab at the top of Sisu.
Scroll down to the Activities section and click a plus icon to increase an Activity by 1. All changes are saved automatically. The Dashboard will immediately reflect any changes made.
Where can I see Activity information on the Dashboard?
Conversation data appears in the Conversations pacer circle.
To see all other Activity data, scroll down until you see the Activity section.

How Agents Will Use Sisu on the Go
